Employee Referral Program Policy and Procedures

​

The SIS Employee Referral Program Policy applies to all our employees who refer candidates to our company. 

​

SIS will give monetary awards to employees who refer talented, successful and qualified candidates for SIS's job openings.

​

Details:

  • SIS will pay $250.00 for every new hire.

  • SIS will also reward a finder’s fee of $2000.00 per new hire that remains on the job for 6 months.

  • For India/Ukraine – SIS will pay $100 for every hire and $500 when employee stays for more than 6 months.

Additional rules for rewards:

  • All employees are eligible to take part in this program.

  • Employees can refer as many time as they wish

  • If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the first employee gets a reward

  • The employee who makes the referral must still be employed at SIS to receive bonus.

 

Who cannot be referred?

 

The only three groups of people who cannot be referred include:

 

  • Candidates who were previously laid off because of breaching rules and regulations

  • Candidates that are on SIS's "Do not hire" list

  • Candidate who previously participated in SIS D365 academy and weren’t hired
